This is the acetaminophen I use as children like the flavor (bubble gum) and the tablets are easy for them to chew. Each tablet is scored so it may be cut in half or broken if you do not have a pill cutter. Each tablet is individually packaged in a foil wrapper. Dosing starts at age 2. Fortunately, dosing guidelines are clearly marked on the back of the package unlike other products which hide the dose information inside a flap. One negative is that the tablets may become crumbly when broken in half, thus losing some of the medication so it is best to use a pill cutter.

With the pandemic, it was very difficult to find chewable Tynelol for kids. Amphetamine is the same as Tynelol. My son suffers from headaches and we ran out. Well, I didn't realize so many tablets came in a pack. I have enough amphetamine to last my son for a lifetime :) It was an economical purchase.

Bought these for my daughter that has leg pains most nights and we’ve used a fair amount of Tylenol, this was cheaper so figured I’d try it.These just fall into a powered better suited to snorting than chewing no matter how gingerly you try to open the pack. Pay the extra dollar or two and get the real stuff or a better generic.

These are a good price. But, beware of the dosing. Compared to Children’s Tylenol Chewables, your child will have to take more of these to get the same strength. So, it’s really not the best value, since you end-up having to use more. Plus, as your kids get older, they are having to take 3-4 in one dose, which feels excessive. I’ll be going back to the other brands I’ve used.

I did a “buy it again order”. The original order cost $16 for 6 boxes. This one was $8 so I assumed it was for 3 boxes but I only received one box making my order ridiculously expensive.
