DVD not what thought/hoped, buying new edition seems disadvantageous
Bought NEW as opposed to used so would have most recent information and be guaranteed a DVD as I'm a visual learner. Was VERY disappointed:DVD was scuffed up from moving within the book sleeve, but worked. The content is only a BRIEF overview of a few case studies; is not a visual guide in how to actually do any of the exercises/cueing from the book, which would be more beneficial.Safety precautions and exercises/transfers have changed (i.e. use of a gait belt) and are not in the video.Video quality is poor and could use an update - looks like it was made in the early 90s with a briefcase camcorder and no tripod, sound is jumbled.Book has decent pictures and explanations, but NOT WORTH BUYING NEW as it appears not much is updated with new editions anyway when did comparison with classmates' older editions.
