Very over priced, terrible customer services
Please don’t waste you money on this. My unit arrived with no earth cable, cutting torch, instructions or consumables. I emailed the company to inform them of this and I got an email back two days later to say that they could send a courier to collect the unit (couldn’t specify a time and I would have to be at home all day) and they would send me a new unit once the original unit had been returned to them. I declined this offer and said that this wasn’t an option as I needed the machine for my work. Waited 4 days for a reply and didn’t get one so I emailed again to be told (again after 3 days) that my previous email hadn’t been received and would I like to return the machine, again I explained that I needed the machine for my work and at this point I had purchased an earth cable, cutting torch and consumables from elsewhere (from another seller on amazon, order arrived next day) so I would like the missing items from my machine and I would like to be reimbursed for the items that I had to buy to do my work with the machine. Received an email to say that they could reimburse me for the cost of the missing items or send the missing items out to me. Decided to have the missing items sent out as I wanted the earth cable and cutting torch that were supposed to be with the machine and I also wanted the instruction book. Skip ahead a week or so and earth cable and cutting torch arrived (no consumables, no instructions) connected the torch and earth to my machine, did a couple of small cuts then stopped working, took the nozzle off to check consumables and the end of the torch had melted (using the consumables that were already fitted into the torch when it arrived) so now I’m nearly £750 out of pocked and still haven’t got the right torch or the instructions for my machine. The machine itself: I bought this machine because I liked the idea of having the compressor built into the machine instead of having a separate compressor and an airline. Although the machine technically will cut 12mm mild steel the cut is terrible, that’s to be expected with a machine of this size, what I didn’t expect was that even on 3mm steel the cut really isn’t very good at all. To be honest I feel like I have been completely ripped off for nearly £750 and I am now stuck with a machine that doesn’t work very well and I wouldn’t be at all confident that I would ever receive a refund if I returned the machine
