I was very particular in what I wanted, and I had trouble finding many white noise machines that also had a connection for headphones, but this one is perfect. It is compact and lightweight, a nice teal color (actually nice-LOOKING, too, unlike most white noise machines!), and has a wide variety of sounds to choose from. It has a rubber bottom to grip any surface it is set on, or you can just lay it next to you in bed or anywhere else you are stationary, plug in headphones, set it to any volume and sound you want, and it shuts out most outside noise. I highly recommend people looking for a white noise machine to check this one out, and if you want one that will also take your headphones, the X-Sense Sound Machine is a must.

I absolutely love this machine. It is perfect and the sounds are realistic and not on a loop like all the rest I have heard. And the memory function is amazing, you set it to what you like and turn it off in the morning and the next night you just turn it on and it is already set to what you like. Hassel free. Just perfect.

This thing has a lot of bells and whistles, what with ocean sounds, rain, waterfalls, etc, and that's great, but the valuable noise here for me is definitely one of the particular fans (it has multiple, but one of them is just what I wanted). Also, it must be said that this white noise machine is one of the nicer looking ones-- I got the teal and it looks cute on my bedside table.My only con is I wish it was easier to navigate through all the sounds. But seeing as I'll be using pretty much one sound most of the time anyway, it's not too big of a deal.

I returned this item because it was too much if a pain to figure out. It doesn't come with instructions and you can't save your settings so you have to search for the sounds you want by cycling through them all. The sound quality was bad, and static could be heard even with other sounds.

So far so good. I’ve had this about a month and it’s been really helpful in getting me to sleep. I love the fact that there’s so many sound options and a timer. I have one at work as well and this one is so much less of an eyesore. So glad I made this purchase.

For a non-looping sound claim...wrong. This thing loops the same sound every 3 seconds. Thought we were getting a decent machine but I’ll be returning this item.We have the Homemedics machine that only has 6 sounds but is less looping and less annoying . The only issue with that one is the power cord became separated at the plug exposing the wires.

I sent it back. It didn't help me sleep.

This is the ONLY white noise machine with a 1-7 hour timer. I have a hard time waking up to my alarm if my white noise machine is still going but with this machine I can set the timer to shut the white noise off before my alarm goes off. TONS of sounds to listen to, rain is my favorite. Holds 7-14 hours worth of charge for me!
