Update! After about 10 uses the on/off celluloid is not working! I do not see anyway to contact the seller! And I paid 386, for this kit!!! This looks amazing and comes with everything you need! One log was slightly cracked. I called the company and without any hassle they sent a replacement! The stack looks hearty and very realistic!

Be bought 4 of these and all of them broke before the 30 day return window on amazon! We spent thousands to have people come out to tell us they are deffective. Amazon said they were going to take this item completely off amazon because everyone has problems with it. Bought 4 total they would work for a week but never worked completely right from installation. We would press the ON button on remote and it wouldnt turn on till the 15th click of ON.......we installed 4 of these we are tired of gas fireplaces now we will just put a candelabra in fire place and I will be happy with that

Looks pretty, roars loudly and has no knob to turn it down. Logs do not fit per the instructions. In fact they tell you to make sure they are back and there is metal in the way that keeps them there. After 1 season of use, the burner will no longer light. Pilot works but valve clicks but does not open. Gas company was here today and says the gas valve is bad. Maybe 20 hours of use and pilot off all summer. Bad quality!

The worst packaging possible. Multiple logs were broken and install is not easy even a plumber didn't want to install it. I bit the bullet and did it and it worked at first and now the pilot light won't stay lit therefore the logs won't work. I wish I hadn't wasted my money, time and stress!

We received the order in a timely manner. However, one piece of wood arrived broken. We would like to request a replacement for the wood.
