Cute case
The case these come in is cute. I couldn't stand the more cylinder shaped ones, and the sort of concrete shaped ones sort of work. While I still sitting up they helped, but when I laid down my lower nostril still got completely stuffed up.

A friend told me to try nose vents to help with snoring and possible sleep apnea. I bought this product and found that the principle worked very well indeed.
