Bought this mat because I started making bread, pies and biscuits from scratch but had trouble with the dough sticking to the counter.This mat works great using minimal flour with little or no dough sticking to the surface.It's a good weight which helps it adhere to the counter along with it being a little tacky on one side.My only problem is the tacky side will pick up any particles it touches so make sure you clean your counter or table well before use.When done I wash both sides and drape it over my dish rack till it dries then I fold it up and put it in a plastic bag. That way I know it hasn't picked up and fibers or particles that might end up in my dough.You can slice on it but do it lightly. I think repeated or hard use of a knife will eventually compromise the mat.I highly recommend this baking mat.Oh! and the price was right too.Happy Baking.

I bought this mat because the circles go up to 14 inches, which most mats this size do NOT. It is also thicker than the mat I already had. To get these to adhere to the counter top, simply wipe the counter with a moist dish cloth, then apply the mat. Works every time! For storage, I use a discarded foil, or cling film, cardboard tube to roll these up & secure with a rubber band. Or, you could just roll it on your rolling pin!I have a larger mat but I find myself always grabbing this size. It's perfect for kneading/shaping bread dough, rolling out pizza & pie crusts, & most other every day uses.Mine did not come with the 2 extra gifts.

This mat is great especially for any baking involving dough, using cookie cutters, and any other purpose you would typically use counter space for when baking. The mat grips the counter top well so that it does not slide or move when using. Easy to wash/wipe clean and can roll up for easy storage. Save money on wax paper or whatever you typically use to line counter when baking Definitely recommend.

Bought this to protect marble counter top when grandkids preparing snacks, but it does such a good job it stays out all the time. Brown one looks great on countertop. So very pleased with easy cleanup and appearance. Definitely recommend!

I like this product because it stays in place while you are rolling out pie dough or many other items. It is handy to have the measurements printed on the mat, takes out the guess work. But I find it more convenient to cover it with wax paper, so I don't have to have a major clean up job. I do not use it with any hot items, therefore do not know if it is heat resistant.

These are really nice, not that thick, but I feel that they will last a long time. The size is perfect for my needs.

I love this product. You can cut vegetables or anything on top of it and it doesn’t cut through. Super easy to clean I’ve washed it in my sink and the back side doesn’t slide off the counter. 10/10

This brown 21" x 17" silicon baking sheet (not 20" by 16") came with a plastic backing sheet on it. It was stuck to the sheet with something that smelled pretty bad, so it was giving off volatile organic compounds. I suspect it was full of BPA's.After baking it 1/2 hour at 425F in my clean convection oven, it came out smelling like absolutely nothing, like it should. A lot of blue smoke came out of the oven when I opened the door from all the combusted volatile organics that came off the mat.As wonderful as this mat's quality has turned out, I can't give it 4 stars because as shipped it is not safe to prepare food on. Other people might give it one star for that and send it back, but I think when we order products with a low price like this, we'd best expect to exercise a bit of care and be prepared to correct some defects like in this case - gassing off the toxic residue from bad packaging.

The mat came folded into two in the package... It was stuck on the inside and when I tried to open, it just ripped apart into two uneven pieces even though I did it very slowly and carefully... Waste of money and bad quality... If only they had rolled the mat as in the picture, may be I could have still saved it. Totally disappointed!

Very nice , I used this baking mat to pour sesame brittle on to cool, I really like it. easy to clean, nothing sticks to it.

The mat was folded in half with the back stuck together in the package. It was so sticky that I was unable to pull it apart. It ended up ripping without a single use. I'm very disappointed.
