At the super saving price, This item is as good as it is described , it does it's function to filter water as well as other brand name . Will buy another when needed

didn't get to use it.
looks like quality stuff! didn't get to use it because I need a 10" and this one is for a 12" housing. having no trouble returning this one and already placed new order for the right one... Very Happy :D

Good working membrane
This membrane worked very well for my application, and arrived very quickly. These membranes work if you have a Stealth Reverse Osmosis machine. Why pay ~$70 for the Stealth brand name, when these seems to work even better (seems like a higher flow/output)...?

Hit or miss .. check your TDS!
I've bought a pair of these RO membranes twice now. Once in 2016 and once in 2016. The 2016 set worked pretty well, at about 95% TDS elimination. A little under spec, but was good enough.Again in 2018, they're eliminating about 50%?!?!? Maybe it is too good to be true.

Homemade Maple Sap RO System
These will be used in my maple sap operation however the sap flow has not started as of yet so I can`t really rate the membranes as of yet .

There may be other options available.
Having purchased the same product previously, I was getting 95-98+ percent reduction on my ppm. This filter, since installed, is working right at about a 90% reduction rate. Over time this has not improved. I had contacted their support folks and was basically told that this is within their parameters for reduction. Then the email correspondence stopped. I guess that was good enough. I wasn't offered a replacement nor was I fishing for one but wondered if there was another answer to be had ie.. maybe it was a bad one and we'll try another one? This wasn't necessarily offered. I think at this point I may try to obtain another brand of filter for next time and or swap it out to see if the performance is any better.. Other previous filters worked much better with better ppm reduction.

Quality and a Good Price
Have been running them for two months now and so far so good. The price is almost half what my brand replacement membranes would have cost.
