I have bought three of these to use in my house after buying one for $20 and then price dropped to under $10, I bought 2 more. I have used these for a while so I am quite familiar with it. I also have read many of the negative reviews and I think most of the problems came from using the wrong soap and not reading the operation instructions. This is designed to be used with FOAMING liquid soap, not regular liquid soap or other gel or lotions. The FOAMING liquid soap has a water like consistency, not like gel and other liquid soap. And also another feature (unexpectedly found out during use) that I love, it's not like other soap dispensers that it's program to dispense the same amount of soap every time whether you need more or less soap (even though some have adjustable feature), this one when it is dispensing soap foam and I think I have enough, I just lower my hand or draw it out from the dispenser and IMMEDIATELY it stops dispensing so I can always have the exact amount of soap I need or want. This item is selling at an amazing price right now for under $10, so pick one up, use the right FOAMING liquid soap and you will have an excellent (good looking, functional, good price) soap dispenser that beats out many more expensive competitors. I was not approached by anyone, I was not given any incentives to write this feedback, just I have learned and gained so much from the Amazon community that I consider my privilege to share some user experience and maybe I can help some of you. Ich liebe diesen kontaktlosen Seifenspender. Am besten die Seife mit etwas Wasser mischen, dann kommt guter Schaum raus. Läuft jetzt auch schon sehr lange ohne Batteriewechsel. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Es fantastico!Muy facil de montar y de utilizar, va por pilas por lo que dura bastante por lo general.Es muy gratificante poner la mano y ver como cae el jabón y la espuma automáticamente, super facil de rrellenar y el diseño me parece algo bastante elegante a la vez que discreto.Muy contento con esta compra para modernizar mi cuarto de baño

it's disappointing.It looks really cool and easy to use BUT it quit pumping the foaming soap solution. you can hear the motor working and see the liquid TRY to move but NADA. It is almost like it has lost its prime. You cant fix it because the plastic is all sealed up around the mechanism and I would just end up breaking it. Very disappointed

Prinzipiell ganz gut auch wenn man sich erst mal damit befassen muss wie flüssig die Seife sein muss damit sie vernünftig zu Schaum wird.Nach 2 Monaten im Einsatz ist er nun defekt, macht nur noch Geräusche aber keinen Schaum mehr.
