My 7 year old didn't care much for these boots and she's very easy to please. She complained multiple times because she said that she kept hurting her ankle because there's not much support on the sides of the boots but she did say that they're warm and and waterproof as advertised.

We live outside of Buffalo, NY that usually sees the most snow totals during the winter. With having two young, active, outdoorsy boys, these boots seem to be quite sturdy and keep them comfortable, warm, and dry for extended periods outside in the snow.
