Eco Corner Textured Cork Yoga Mat Brown

I bought this mat a while back, I was travelling to US so could not use it when it was delivered.When I got back I opened to very strong synthetic smell of the mat and the sticky residue from my hand had to be washed. I have read about cork mats and the grip advantage.No doubt cork mats have amazing grip but this one is definitely not eco friendly or made with natural rubber.I researched and found out that there are other cork mats made in India from natural rubber and cork , but this one from Eco corner feels like a sub standard cheap quality product. Definitely don't recommend this product if you choosing a good cork yoga mat. There are quality ones available. I use the Juru mat now and happy with it. There are other cork mats made with cork sheet and PVC foam but don't last for more than 6 months.Also if you choose a cork mat and find it to be hard you can also place your old mats below for extra cushion.Yoga Everyday !

It stinks when you take it out of the box. It's very thin, but great grip. A little hard to keep it rolled up to store and is definitely heavy compared to non eco friendly mats. I love it for the grip. It does feel like the cork may fall apart quickly, as the finish isn't that great. But it's been a few months and it's still intact.If you got trouble with knees and wrists better to get something with more thickness. But if you are fine practicing even on the floor this is a great mat with a better grip than the floor.

The product has come damaged. Second time buying this product but felt disappointed after seeing this.

Great mat ...great material....no problem of slipping... always sticks to the surface , only issue is it's very thin...so I need to put a 3 mm mat below this whenever I practice...

Provides wonderful grip. It's value for money as after 2 years of usage it's still in good condition unlike most other mats which starts falling apart.

cork mats are great as they offer amazing grip during practice, to some users they seem hard too.But this cork mat is not at par with other premium products like the JURU mat.I got this mat from this seller for my studio and this smells strong of synthetic rubber and the cork quality is not at all good. Choose genuine yoga products that are made in India not this!

I got this mat as a free sample to try and I've enjoyed using to for the excellent grip. It's hard to find that in regular mats. It is great foI intense practice and advanced poses as the mat gives good leverage due to the grip. However it is not soft material so one needs to use a blanket to cushion the joints.

Always preferred practicing on the floor.With this cork yoga mat, I've got a hard surface to practice on, and getting much more grip than I ever imagined. 😍Also yes, there is a strong odour. But it is of the cork. I know that it is new! And it wears off if you use it very often and it literally becomes your second floor😍❤️
