This product would be great exept it actually burns the plastic cover over its led light and constantly disconnects from my WiFi wtf is the point of a security camera if I have to physically go to it and in plug and plug back in the camera constantly I am extremely disappointed and would like to contact the seller maker and request a product that works but have not found that option I would not recommend this product I’m throwing the light bulb idea out souly based on how crappy this thing actually is it’s great at first and seems perfect until you go to use it to check and see from your phone and it tells you that u have no internet connection definitely going hard wire because again either this product is garbage or the one I got is defective but disconnecting from my network is not ok period

This is a good product. The customer support was very responsive and helpful. The instructions are not well layed out, so i needed additional help. The only other downside is I would prefer a app that alerts you to activity. Their current version, you have to have the app open to view.

I emailed the developers a few things:1. I wanted to configure manually but there is NO option to select the period aka dot "." Option to created ip address..subnet etc . For next enhancement please enable the entire keyboard feature so that ALL characters of the keyboard can be selected - namely to type out the octet for the IP Address.2. I can you manage the bulb remotely when you are way from home ? I see no option as I am not able to remote into my camera since the dynamic IP address does not show. What doesn't the ip address show why is it hidden ?NOTE: Hopefully there is NO Backdoor in the programming..3. Also when I try to change any options the app "times out" and or says offline when it really isn't4. Also when you are viewing in "real time" there is NO option to set the Alarm. If you try to back out of this view to set it AGAIN the app times out or say offline when it is not offline5. If you try from the drop down the app times out and/or says offline which is not true :)Will send back as I bough the warranty as well seeking full refund. This product is not for a true techie person who wants to set u remote and actually use ALL the features. The programming was poorly written - wow so sad

I'm having a little issue with motion detection, but overall I'm pleased. Great picture and sound over WiFi/ worth peace of mind.

The product worked ok. Several cameras failed due to rain so they aren't great outdoors. The irritating part is every time I try to look a my cameras I get SPAMMED with some dumb advertisement. I'll probably throw them away at this point.

The camera was mounted under our overhang of the home. One light rain and it quit working. When I removed it from under the overhang of the roof. It was full of water. INDOOR USE ONLY.

Do not buy if you value your money. It only works half the time. It’s stressful trying to troubleshoot it and the app is horrible.
