Your money is gone. Be cautious before placing your order; your money might be at risk. Once you purchase this item, if you try to request a return or a replacement, they will take back the item, but here’s the catch: you will never receive a replacement or a refund. I have been attempting to get my refund for a month now. Each time I call, they simply tell me, "We have initiated your refund; you will receive it in 5 to 6 working days." However, that amount never gets credited to my account. It feels like I have no luck at all.
