From the moment of opening I new that the Old Balsamic was again live and in my possession. The age and thickness. The undeniable of being created by masters taking years of labor and love. Expensive and worth every penny
Expensive in the short run but not in the long run. It is so rich and tasteful that you can use less of it than the cheap stuff. Or like me, use lots anyway and enjoy the good life. Really, it's that good.

Liked it enough to buy as gifts
Although it says on Amazon this is 18YO balsamic, nothing on the actual label indicates it really is 18. That said, the quality is good, with the right mix of sweetness and acidity.

Great for steak marinade
I just made a steak marinade using this raspberry flavored balsamic vinegar. IMHO, it was one of the best tasting marinades I've made in a while. I was using unflavored balsamic before, but this one did the trick I was looking for.
