I started using a combination of both Calm Aid Plus and Sleep Aid Plus about a month ago to help me calm down during the day and also getting better sleep at night. Even though I read the reviews about the sublingual applications and it benefits over conventional pills, I wasn’t sure I was doing the right thing in combining these two, since each of them I though was recommended to be taken at a time of the day, and I was aware that the mixed results of using these two could be even worse than the solution I was looking for. For this particular reason, I decided to wait until I would see noticeable results to write my opinion on these two products. To my surprise, I can tell these two products can be used together. I would say in the first week of using them I started noticing they really starting to work. I take 10 drops of Calm Aid in the morning and 20 drops of Sleep Aid about an hour before bed. The results is WOW! Honestly these two products combined solved my biggest problem: feeling relaxed during the day and feeling sleepy enough to go to bed, NATURALLY. I prefer not taking pharmaceutical medication if I can absolutely avoid it, especially to help me relax or sleep. The combination of all the natural ingredients is the secret - GABA, Melatonin, Chamomile Extract, Magnesium, Valerian Extract, etc. all work together. By itself, Melatonin did not work for me, nor did taking Magnesium at night or drinking Chamomile Tea. Once I take these drops I feel very relaxed and calm during the day and I am able to sleep through the night after falling asleep feeling very relaxed. The product contained iodine. We have an iodine intollerance. With our autustic son it causes extreme dusturbances such as nervousness, and disagreeable behavior. I am sure it would be very helpful to most. I can only write about the ingredient we cannot tollerate.

So far this product is working to alleviate anxiety. I am using when needed and I find that within a short amount of time, the anxiety is diminished considerably. I would order this again.
