After doing some research online I decided to buy this combination of Glucosamine and Turmeric because of all the good ingredients that are combined in each of the products. So glad I did! After the first week of been using both products I am feeling way better than I used to feel before. I’ve noticed how the inflammation and pain in my joints have diminished a lot. I’m always so hesitant to try any supplements for my osteoarthritis systems, but definitely I have to admit these two products in particular work way better than any actual medicine I have taken in the past. Don’t know if I should attribute all this to the sublingual absorption or the combination of the ingredients in each formulation, but whatever it is, it is definitely working for me.

Arthritis...digestive system

I think this is a good combination and it has helped me somewhat with pain- enough to really make a difference. My doctor jerked me off Tramadol suddenly and I was starting to wonder how I would survive without it, but I've been taking these everyday and alternating Advil, Alieve, aspirin and Tylenol most days (My problem is that everything quits working, or starts to hurt my stomach, so that's why I was alternating and it seems to be a good plan for me.) Neither of these taste bad, but the curcumin and turmeric seem to be the most effective of the two for me. I can tell when I skip it that I'm much more stiff. I doubled up on the dose and that's when I really noticed that my knees were feeling much better. My hips still hurt when I walk, but my knees aren't bothering me when I try to sleep, so I'm getting better sleep. These are easy to take, and there's just a little amount you have to take from an eyedropper, and they're just slightly sweet. Both of them really taste okay, a little medicinal but not bad. I don't even have to have a chaser.It only took about three days for me to see some initial improvement in my pain after starting to take these. I've been taking them at night before bed, and that's worked well for me. There's even been a few days that I did not take any OTC NSAID medication.
