 Pros:1. Picture quality is ok.2. Sound is average.Cons:1. Delay in installation service2. Missing screws for both wall mount and stand3. Weak stand - TV wobbles like it will fall off4. No proper manual. looks like some manual for an older version.5. No USB ports displayed on main TV screen controls. We have to figure out that the USB is displayed in media.Update: one of the USB ports is nonfunctional.6. Primitive and cheap looking remote, which doesn't respond all the time. Keep pressing the keys till the fingers hurt.7. Android version 4.4.2...neatly hidden from the site advertisement.8. Not showing netflix on google playstore, probably because of the old android version9. Cannot surf internet via browser using the remote provided10. No default apps added.11. Response time of TV to remote is very slow.12. White patches on the screen.13. Playing from USB heats up so much that the device goes unrecognized all of a sudden. To re-read it u have to disconnect and connect it again...and the cycle repeats.Now if I really needed such a bad TV as this, I would have gone to a second hand electrical shop, and asked for a 1500/- worth model who probably would be selling a better device than this one.Wasted my time, money, effort. Disturbed my peace of mind. And now the cost of this piece of scrap has risen from 31,490 during lightening sales to 49,990 (almost proving that the piece I got was a refurbished product).I had to call, discuss and argue with Amazon customer service for four times before they agreed to refund.
