The book speaks about the development of dieting. The book reveals some of the myths about dieting were made by some institutes. A whole generations suffered adopting what they were with experiments to strict their food intake.The diet itself is based on the high protein diet. The author has no credit for that.The plans are good and can help getting rid off weight

Keine Diät ist besser
Diese "Bauchweg"-Diät, die ohne Schlankheits-Pillen auch noch fit und fröhlich macht, krempelt sehr positiv die Essgewohnheiten um. Man ist niemals hungrig und nimmt dabei ab. Vor 5 Jahren nahm ich 10 kg in 4 Wochen damit ab, um für eine Hüftoperation "fit" zu sein. Das hielt 4 Jahre vor. Dann nahm ich wieder zu. 4 Wochen South Beach Diät helfen dann, wieder fit und schlanker, besonders um die Taille herum, zu werden.
