ProsThis stuff really works! I have somewhat of a dirty blonde colour with some strands being quite dark and some very light. It tones them all beautifully, without making the hair darker like with toning at the salon. Of course it takes better on lighter strands but I was surprised that even quite dark orange buts of my hair were significantly cooled down.It also doesn't dry out the hair and they appear very soft when the shampoo is washed off, unlike many other purple shampoos I triedConsIf you have very light blonde DON'T leave it on for more than 5 minutes cause it is quite powerful and will make them purplish :) if you don't overdo it, it works greatCan stain hands, around the nails easpecially, so you have to wash them with soap thoroughly as soon as the shampoo is on your hair!

I use this brand a lot, and have used the everyday shampoo and conditioner too. This brand was reccomended by my hairdresser and I can see why. It is very intense and can stain the bath/shower/clothes if not rinsed off immediately. I put this on and lather it in - it smells delicious! I leave it in for 5-10 minutes at a time. The suds that wash out are purple, and my hair is perfectly toned. My hairdresser friend always comments on if I've had my hair toned/cut recently, and my other friends ask If I've been to the hairdressers too - when really all I've done is use this Shampoo. I would recommend this shampoo to anybody with bleached blonde hair that doesn't want any yellow/orange tones peeping through. The bottle lasts a long time, and I always keep it stocked up. I've been using this brand for several years now - great choice.

Decent purple shampoo to top up your blonde tones and remove yellow. Works fast, so no waiting around. Rinses out easily if you overdo the purple. Smell is mild. Typically runny like other brands, but lathers well and you don't need much.But awful package design. It stands on its head, but the cap is not a snug fit. So it slowly leaks purple shampoo onto your lovely shower tiles or ceramics. I hope you like purple stains! The lid is lose on an otherwise pricey product. Don't be so cheap, Fudge! Either use a properly secure cap, or change the design.A standard upright bottle would have been better.If you can work around this drawback, it's an otherwise good shampoo with a strong purple tint.

Great cool toner for bleached and highlighted hair

I was in a cold sweat after some recent bleach highlights I had to blend in my increasing amount of grey hair turned 80’ yellow blond - at 52 I looked ridiculous and couldn’t possibly leave it like that ( too old to pull it off!) but feared turning too purple with the toners - we have all seen the mistakes…so did a bit of online research . I opted the Fudge clean blonde ( damage repair) shampoo and conditioner as the reviews seemed genuine, I took my timings as 5 mins only including application time to prevent purple madness on both products- easy to apply ( wear gloves) and rinses out well ready for conditioner. Was delighted with results !! True light blond, all yellow tones gone and soft shiny ash results, gobsmacked . Can’t recommend enough, just don’t leave on to long best idea is little and often is the key to the natural Blond loveliness ❤️

This is the best purple shampoo that I have ever used. It took all the yellow brassiness out of my hair and toned it to a gorgeous ashy colour. No purple tones whatsoever. Absolutely brilliant . I would highly recommend.
