Worked well with my 80s MTB
They prevent mud spatter during my greenway rides well enough, and I can remove them with little hassle if they're not needed. My only complaint is that I had to supply my own hardware to mount the front fender to my fork; the supplied bolt was way oversized.

Since it's just plastic, even if it "doesn't fit", *it'll fit*
I guess I never noticed how little clearance I really have with only 32mm tires, so I threw a hail Mary on these $26 fenders on the assumption that I could just zip-tie them on if need be. Well, need beed. Nothing crazy, just threaded the ties through the little slits and found some solid anchor points. On the front fender I used a little piece of rubber spacer that comes with every bike accessory. I'm pretty impressed with the fenders otherwise. They seem sturdy yet forgiving. Also extremely light and for $26 bucks I can buy a spare set.

Functional, super lightweight, easy to install
I've got these on my Bike Friday and I ordered the narrower version for my adult son's Jamis flat bar road bike. Fit perfectly and provides excellent coverage. Rear fender fit nicely under his rear rack (had to bend the rack struts bars up a bit is all). Came with two seat post attachments (one up to 32mm, one 32-26mm) and since his post was 32mm he essentially has a spare one now. I love that they are made of recycled material and my son loves that they weight absolutely nothing (we thought the shipping box was empty!). Given how light weight they are, he won't be removing them in summer, he'll just leave them. But they can be easily removed if you are so inclined. These are not traditional looking fenders that wrap down around the wheel; the rear of the fender curves up slightly. You'll either hate the look or love it.

Good quality, but make sure you get the right size
These came in for me today, so I haven't had much of a chance to test them out long term, but I felt that my first experience warranted a quick note.I bike to work every day on a commuter bike that doesn't have road bike tires but a slightly thicker design (Raleigh Cadent 2, 700x35c). I opted for the city size because I didn't think I needed the mountain bike size. Length and width wise the fenders are the perfect fit, but my frame just did not work with the hardware included! Neither provided screw worked for the front, and the rear my taped hole was too small for the provided screws diameter wise, and also the bar was too thick for the little grippy arms on the rear support. I ended up just zip tying the whole thing together because it's rainy season and I needed them now. This is my first time buying fenders, and I just assumed as long as I had the required mounts on my bike it would be compatible. Not sure if the mountain bike variety comes with longer screws and different attachments, as I was under the impression it was just a longer/wider fender. I guess my Raleigh bike is just not standard enough?Well, they look good, and quality feels alright. Doesn't blow me away but doesn't feel cheap either, so seems like a fair price. Not sure what more you can do to make sure they will actually work with your bike.

Affordable option for trail riding
These work great if your expectation isn't through the roof! If it is, stay home. You're going to get wet/muddy sometimes in a bike.

Unusable
Front Fender: The mounting screw is simply too short. It is impossible to mount the fender with the intended washer/spacer pieces. This could easily be remedied by grabbing a screw from a hardware store; however, as the product comes, you have room for MAYBE the screw and nut. Moreover, the screw and nut do not marry well, so it's difficult to securely tighten the fender to the fork which causes a lot horizontal and vertical play in the fender.Rear Fender: The mounting screw is too big and wouldn't fit into my frame. I resorted to using the braze-on screws that came affixed to my frame originally. The plastic piece that you slide onto the rear fender is also poorly designed. The plastic hooks used to secure the fender to the post between seat-stays connect easily to the bike; however, doing this raises the slot for the screw to go through vertically so much that the fender mount covers the frame screw hole. With a little conviction, you can muscle the fender down slightly to get the screw through and mount it to the frame, but by not being able to use the intended hardware, it doesn't feel like a very secure fit (not to mention the plastic hooks on the fender have to stretch and bend in order to do this). Granted, you can slide the fender's plastic attachment on in the opposite direction and mount it to the frame, yet if you do this the fender is much less stable and moves side-to-side very easily.Yes, the fenders are cheap (in cost). And yes, they are extremely lightweight. But they are also borderline unusable. Between the attachment hardware that doesn't work and the amount of movement in the fender (even after being completely secured to the frame), these fenders were more of a frustration than anything and were promptly removed from my bike.

Economical, ecological and most of all effective!
I'm assuming these are best for casual rides or commuter application. They mounted easily on my Kona Big Rove over 700x32 and I'm riding high and dry on a rare wet Austin day. I did take them rough over some curbs and tracks and they stayed solid; no bounce or slap. And as "sofa bottle" fenders you could say that they are easy to POP on and off!I don't care too much about weight so I can comment on that. Who's concerned about weight while riding in the rain anyway?

finicky to install, may require some try and error to fit
Comes with hardware to install on different size frames. However, the space between rear tire and frame when used with a cargo carrier may be an issue. Easy to fix with some adjustments, but may require tire removal and some trial and error. Once installed, sturdy, effective and long lasting. It is also very light.

Excelentes

moderately easy to install but cheap plastic clip did not last and now cannot use.
moderately easy to install (have to make sure you have a bike where it's not rusted shut as unscrewing was required for me to install and didn't work on the first bike I tried). However, once installed, the back fender broke off in about a week in part because one of the clips that it came with was made from very flimsy plastic and snapped off, making the back fender impossible to use. (There were two sized plastic pieces - the one that didn't fit looked sturdier but the one that fit my bike was very thin, like a manufacturing defect). I didn't try to contact the seller for a replacement part.
