Resistance Bands Set with 5 Bands, Door Anchor, Ankle Strap, Hand Grips Starter Manual and Resistance Band Carrying Bag

Great quality and Price. My wife, a physical therapist, was skeptical when I showed her these on Amazon expressing a desire to purchase some resistance bands. She uses bands constantly in her work.It was a toss up between this set and another comparably priced set but chose these because of numerous reviews of the others claiming poor construction.Upon arrival, the first thing I looked at was where the bands were connected to the part with the clip. I twisted, turned, yanked on, and tried my best to find faults with this connection as this is the area I would think would fail. Then my wife heavily scrutinized the set, wary of quality. Both of us were pleased beyond belief at the quality of the product and the easy to attach hardware. Even the included excercise demonstration card was easy to understand(however my wife has fine tuned the workouts and added some excersises for tennis elbow and other ailments). To top it off, a follow up email was received from the manufacturer to insure satisfaction.I, and my PT wife would heavily recommend this set over other Amazon sets that seem like a better buy because of more items included.

Versatile, useful and have yet to give out on me so what else can you do but recommend them? I use them for stand-alone exercises, e.g. shoulder flies, and I use them to increase difficulty on other exercises, e.g. banded bench press. They've served their role faithfully in all cases. I'll check back in here in months to report on how much the tension and elasticity change. Only downside is the angles on the carabiners are sharp - watch out for cuts to your fingers (thus the 4 instead of 5 stars).

4 clips broke first day and handles are very small

I was really excited to get these bands to start my 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts, but sadly learned they aren't the greatest of quality. First of all, the handles are made of a stiff nylon with foam grips that move along the nylon. While using the bands in various exercises, the handles would shift, causing the nylon to rub along my hands or wrists. It's quite uncomfortable and prompted me to figure out a way to cover the nylon with a soft material.Secondly, my workouts required a tension equivalent to the red band (10-12 lb), which I used it for a total of 8 workouts before it snapped on me. I was using it for a Pilates workout and ended up getting a flogging on the back of my legs when the band snapped in half. I wasn't doing anything too rough as I was just stretching the band with my feet the way it's intended. I'm now too scared to use the other bands, and will be shopping for another brand that's made of a different, sturdier material.While I like the idea of the changeable bands, the combination of the stiff nylon and cheap rubber band has made me very disappointed (and sore).

At first I thought this was an awesome product. Resistance bands are a great way to exercise if you travel a lot, but this particular brand is a bit cheaply made. Grear for the price though.

These bands are great for home or travel. Having a bag to hold all the parts is very helpful for traveling or storing if you don't have much space at home. When traveling some hotels don't have the best equipment, but they have the floor space. Using these bands will keep you active where ever you go and it's healthier because you know where your bands have been, you don't know who's been touching the hotel equipment or if it's been disinfected. Although the bands come with exercise ideas, using the cards help too. I use the stick 52 cards for resistance bands, they have more of a variety. The only found one issue, and this depends how you hold the bands.Some exercises I feel the black straps touch my arms and become uncomfortable. But this could be due to I am not using them on a regular basis.I use these bands with other exercises to give me a variety. But for strength training, I can see these helping. Being able to stack the different resistance tubs helps to make you stronger.This product is made to last. I can't see any flaws in the details of how they are made.

Good basic set. Bands are on the lighter side. Excellent deal to get a set of bands, handles, attachers, and other accessories. Stronger individuals may need to supplement with a heavier band or two, but this is a great set to get started.

I own a ton of "at home" DVDs/equipment and this by far surpasses them all! I'm able to get a total body workout in the comfort of my home. They are very compact so I look forward to taking them when I travel as well. Very easy for the entire family to use. My son is an athlete so he's using them between seasons to strength train from home. Great product.My only "wish list" would be for multiple door anchors/hang grips so that multiple people can work out at once. Looking to try to purchase them separately.
