Not a perfect biy but not a terrible buy either.
These rings are somewhat easy to use. I found that some of them in the package were harder to open and a few would not stay closed in use.

Very tight rings
I had to use pliers to get these rings apart and then push them back together. It was a pain, but I was confident they wouldn't come apart later. About 5 of them were just too loose and wouldn't stay together no matter what I did. There were also 5 missing.
