This device works great. It appears to be very accurate and so easy to use. The voice helps to remind you to sit still and gives you your reading afterwards which I found helpful when I wasn’t wearing my contacts lol. The screen is very easy to read in Normal lighting as well as in the relative dark.I do have a problem with the width of the cuff; I think my upper arm is short from shoulder to elbow. That in no way detracts from the device however! Hence my 5 star review. Just beware if you have shorter arms.Very much worth the purchase time and cost!

I purchased this machine for two reasons - I have hypertension and I'm blind. The speech function works well for measuring your BP but I don't believe the rest of the menus are read aloud. I even tried to contact the seller to find out if there was a way to activate that feature. I was instructed to consult the owner's manual. I don't think the seller understood that I was totally blind and couldn't read a printed manual..... Aside from that mishap the machine works well and gives me accurate readings. If you are a blind or low vision consumer considering this product I would recommend having someone sighted assist you in setting it up for the first time.

Lo compré para mi madre y le encantó!! Viene en idioma español y eso fue bueno porque mi madre lo usa y ella necesitaba entender, tiene varias funciones e incluso te dice si estás bien o necesitas atención médica. Tiene un altavoz donde te dice el resultado.

This blood pressure monitor is really amazing. The reading are actually accurate, easy to use and easy to read. This blood pressure monitor actually talks, gives you instructions, telling you it’s about to start, telling you what to do, and announce the readings. It also tells you If your readings are normal or high. It was in Spanish language when I first turn it on. After setting the date, time and language, I fully understood what it was saying! I did a pretty good choice of getting this. You don’t need the battery to be installed on the back of the system when using the plug in, which is a plus. I will update in a couple of weeks, and see how this thing holds up......
