Printer looks good but I would not spend 60 when half the product they send you dose not work do you not think. To check to make sure battery's have not exploded in box? Will it even work when I use it

It's great once you get it going
First off, I received a black one instead of blue, not big deal. It's a good printer and it works well after you understand how to load it! I'm having fun dreaming up all the ways I'm going to use it. You need to use good batteries in it, otherwise it won't work. The infared function works well, but I haven't had time to use the serial part yet.

Great reciept printer
The SiPix A6 is a fantastic means of producing receipts to take the place of one you have lost. You can use any type of thermal paper in this baby. I have gotten rolls that are the same width as a typical restaurant receipt. You can then go into powerpoint and create a receipt for a meal at a restaurant for expense purposes. The A6 will produce a receipt that is indistinguishable from a real restaurant receipt. I am a fast moving salesman and often lose receipts or they get mangled. Don't ever put a thermal receipt on a dashboard because heat will turn the entire receipt black. I had been losing about $30 a week (due to my own carelessness) until I got this printer. Now I don't lose anything and am even catching up a little. Now understand this, you have to do some work setting up a receipt to print, so if you are an idiot or impatient please don't buy one. If, however, you work for smucks who require a receipt for everything then this can be a lifesaver.
