This multi ball hitch is a stout built outfit. The 2 inch steel is solid, not hollow like cheaper versions of hitches. It does have some slack side to side and up and down but no more than a half an inch either way. The slack can be taken out with the adjustment of the anti rattle bolt on the receiver, when it is tightened all slack is gone, only con I can see someone complaining about this product is that it’s heavy, it weighs nearly 50 lbs. but I don’t mind the weight of the hitch myself.

What a MONSTER! This is the catch all be all hitch but weighs about 70 lbs - or just feels that way with all the stuff hanging on it.ONLY one issue, the tensioner screw in NON-LOCKING, which means t will surely fall out. Mine loosens up after use but from an Engineering perspective, don't see a real good way to solve this.Here is the trick: Grab a piece of thick weed whacker string. get a drill just a bit over sized of its diameter. Drill about 1/3 deep hole of screw diameter and deburr threads. Put the string (long enough to fill hole and then some) in the hole and heat the bolt until it gets soft. Squeeze it with pliers to flatten out the string, compress in the hole (and grab) and leave extra hanging off.Wall-LA; Self locking screw!!! Run bolt back into hole which will thread form string and end up cutting off any excess. At least it won't fall out now!

Doesn’t rattle, heavy and quality, adjusts easy, super versatile.

Great adjustable hitch. It is very massive and solid. I used it to two a 6000 lb trailer about 50 miles without any issues. 4 out of 5 rating because I ended up having to buy 3 different Hitch locks to ensure that nobody can steal it! It also sticks out very far from the back of the truck which can make backing into parking spots a bit dicey depending on the ball you currently have up and how high your hitch is adjusted too.

I have had this for 2 years and haul a 5,000 lb trailer daily and a 12,000 lb trailer weekly, this system is slick easy adjustment, it does have a little slop but I have never had an issue with max trailer load of 20,000 lbs I did one time with this hitch, I’m buying another due to I got another truck

Heavy, which I don't really care about.Long, unuseable- chains and wires won't make it to truck. Plus it will take out your shims from 2 feet behind your truck. Long enough to change the turning radius of the trailer.Design, between the sloppiness and poor ergonomics - the worst hitch I've owned.

Love this heavy duty hitch. I have a 6” lift on my truck and this hitch is perfect for the several different types of trailers I tow from heavy equipment to boat

The product was just as advertised. Very heavy and durable. A little loose sitting in the Hitch.
