I use this in my RV shower. The shower floor is plastic with just styrofoam supporting it underneath. It felt soft to stand on. This cured that pronto. The teak slats are solid and the connecting cords are strong as well. Seems to be a solid product that should last a long time.

It looks beautiful and is sturdy but the stain on it bled onto my new floors and appears to have ruined them!! Not meant for moisture?? That’s not how it was advertised. Very upset about this

Nice teak bath mat with a natural unsealed finish. Be Aware: When the mat gets wet (from drying off after a shower), the unsealed finish allows the oils in the teak to stain the floor beneath. If you have a light-colored floor you'll soon have light orange/brown staining under your mat. So much fun! This hasn't come out of my floor. Look into bamboo mats for no stains.There is also NO non-skid on the bottom of the mat, so on a smooth-surfaced floor, it slides easily. Purchase some non-skid buttons to stick on the back of the mat when you order this - or order a different mat.

I just have used the mat inside shower. Just what we were looking for.Study doesn't slide and I figure it will be easy to clean cause is wood and not the ugly plastic. Happy,cause its clean and safe

There are not two rungs to lift it from wet shower floor!
