I got this item for my cop costume - it’s “hard plastic” but it bends sooooo east between the handle and baton part. I tried to return the item for my $ back and they want to charge ME almost half the price of the item to return it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT. They will make you pay to return it. You’re better off spray painting a stick.

I didn’t like it!
It is a plastic material. Cheaply made. Mine came broken and I didn’t care to return.Far from like-new!!!I would not buy it again!
