Best shoes!!
I’m in love with these shoes! I pretty much never write reviews but I have to share how amazing these shoes are! I had ordered a different brand & was extremely disappointed with them so I ordered these. I was so excited waiting for them to arrive but a little apprehensive since the other ones had been so bad & these was my first time ordered shoes online. I got them from the delivery woman & practically ripped open the box & threw them on my feet. My feet were so happy. I jumped up & down & ran around in circles. They have great support & cushioning in the heel. I couldn’t wait to try them on a walk/run. The next morning I threw them on & thought I’d go for a short bit just to try them out. My calfs were tight & sore which worried me but I kept going & my legs got used to them. It was one of the best walks/runs I’d been on. I went off into the woods to test the traction & off path with no problems, I even went down a wet muddy embankment to my favorite creek with no issues what so ever. I actually look forward to going for runs now!! I have fat feet but these fit well. I do wear thinner socks but I think they’d also be fine with thicker ones. My toes have plenty of room. Added bonus they’re even cuter than the pictures!!!

Shockingly light weight and extremely comfortable!!!!
Thank goodness I went out of my comfort zone and ordered these wonderful shoes!!! I absolutely love them.A little about my story, I have plantar fasciitis and I was first told by doctors about two years ago. It is terrible and the pain in my feet is constant. I started getting shoe inserts so my feet would get better, but that was complicated because then the top of my foot hurt because the insert made less room in there for my feet. They worked as far as taking my pain away from the plantar fasciitis but it wasn't an ideal situation. About 2 weeks ago my feet were in so much pain I needed to figure something better out. I did tons of research, read a lot of blogs and lots of reviews which helped me order these shoes!!! First off the delivery was fast! I picked up the package off my porch and I did not think it was my shoes because the package was way to light. I even handed it to my 14 year old daughter to feel because I didn't think it was my shoes. Well sure enough it was:) so first impression they are super light weight, second they look even better in person, and third as soon as I put my foot in the shoe and took my first step it literally made me sooooo happy. No pain at all. My feet hurt without shoes on. Walking around my house I could tell right away that I made the best decision to get these:)They are super affordable, the colors are amazing, and the comfort for me is spot on. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!!

listened to the reviews- these are great for feet with plantar faciitis!
I have plantar faciitis on my left foot, which makes running and long-distance walking/hiking really difficult as I couldn't go longer than 15 minutes on my feet without triggering pain. I was struggling to find shoes that would help at a good price point, and then I found everyone raving over these bad boys! They don't really have a squishy, cushion feel like I was expecting from gel, but surprisingly these don't hurt at all and absorb impact really well, they're very comfortable and offer a lot of support. I also have wide feet and normally have trouble with toe boxes, but most of the reviews said that this shoe runs large- buying my actual size worked out well since they fit me just fine with no issues, blisters, or pain. Finally, I love that the colors on these aren't ridiculous- one thing I've always hated about most sneakers and running shoes is that they have obnoxiously loud colors and designs that clash with every outfit. These color options are more subdued and have a nice harmony to them. Mine are the castlerock/silver/honeydew and it matches well with all my other workout clothes. I haven't found a single thing not to love about these shoes! Highly recommend!!

Great shoe. Purchase half size bigger for longer runs
I've been "training" in this shoe since October 2018. As a normal "trainer" shoe in the gym or for in home workouts, I love it. As and actual running shoe, I have done about 50 official events 5K, 3 half-marathons and numerous run training sessions in these shoes. The shoe I wore before (Saucony Women's Kinvara 8) felt relatively light compared to this Asics which felt a bit clunky. I had quite an adjustment period, with respect to the weight of the shoe on my foot while jogging. However, the sturdiness of this shoe (upper and lower surfaces) makes me feel it will last quite long, especially the treads on the sole of the shoe. For shorter distance runs, these shoes are quite nice and comfortable. As I increase the distance in my run, (usually around the 9K mark) I start feeling the side of my big toes rubbing against the side of the shoe, causing large blisters to form on both toes. I have completely lost and I am currently regrowing the nail from 1 big toe (damage occurred during the 2nd half-marathon run), and I am awaiting the bruising on the nail of the other big toe, to grow out (damage occurred during the 3rd half-marathon run). I tried the "change your way of lacing the shoe" for the 3rd marathon, and while I was able to keep my nail, the blisters still formed on the sides of each big toe and there was some damage to the nail. The shoebox for this shoe seems to be a bit narrower than most shoes, but its only really noticeable on my longer runs. While I usually run in shoes 7.5, perhaps it would have been best to purchase size 8, especially if I needed it for longer distance runs.Full disclaimer: I run all distances wearing ASICS Women's Intensity Single Tab Running Socks
