It really helped in reducing the phlegm that I had to almost nothing in about a week 1/2.

It is not what it claims to be, buyer beware, you can’t return it even though they lie about what it is.

the quality of the herb is fine, but it's probably not what you're looking for. it isn't great mullein (Verbascum thapsus), and the reason for this is because they call two different plants the same name. i found that this same thing happens across different brands. the actual plant in the package is rabbit tobacco (Pseudognaphalium obtusifolium), also known as sweet everlasting and ither names. i'll still be using it since you cant return it, but just so other buyers know, this is what you'll actually receive.
