This opened my world back up. I use catsup in a lot of recipes, and this is good catsup. I had to jazz up the bbq sauce a bit, but was perfectly capable of that (not as capable at making good bbq sauce from scratch!). Salsa is good, not great, but perfect for my morning eggs.

If you have moderate-severe IBS, Fody is for you
This product line has changed my gut health life!! I have every Fody product in my pantry now and I can cook full meals again for dinner without the pain and bloating from IBS that I've lived with for 10+ years. Please don't ever stop selling theses products!

I love these bars
These taste just like kind bars but without inulin/chickory root. Very happy with this purchase.

I have severe dietary issues and these bars didn't make me react
The sea salt with dark chocolate were yummy. I wasn't as struck on the quinoa, but I will adjust. Not having a huge digestive reaction is definitely a bonus!
