Stonehaven Dragonling Miniature Figure (for 28mm Scale Table Top War Games) - Made in USA

I will use it for dungeons and dragons game. However, it is tiny compared to what I thought it would be.

This Stonehaven Dragonling Miniature Figure is not very big, and if you are ordering it thinking it is a full-sized dragon, you will be massively disappointed. The dragon is rather tiny, even compared to 28mm scale D&D figures, but is the perfect size to use as a character familiar, pet or just used as a dragon hatchling. Again, this is a tiny figure but still manages to have some nice detail to it and if you choose to paint it, will provide a moderate challenge. Before painting you must prime this figure first, as most paint will not stick to the surface and will rub right off when you dry brush it. I ended up just ink washing, layered dry brushing and painting a few of the bigger details and gave up trying to paint the eyes and claws as they are so tiny and even using my finest tipped brush and magnifying glass could not get them to look right. I ended up using the base provided and adding a clear flying post and snipping off the dragons peg to raise it off the base a little more and try to make it look more like it was in flight. Overall. I am very happy with this figure and the way that it turned out, even if it was a pain to paint.

This dragon is so tiny and cheaply made. Even my 28mm characters and NPC’s are giants to it. It is not what I expected for my table top board game. Not work the funds at all. If I was you, I’d shop else where for miniature dragons or wyrmlings.

It's exactly what I wanted. It's hard to find familiars that are small enough to use with standard miniatures. This one fits.Fast delivery too.

Too tiny and doesnt even stand in the base they provide unless you add a wedge to it and then glue it together. Garbage.

Purchased for a secret Santa gift. When they say miniature, they REALLY mean miniature! Not quite what I was expecting 🤣
