I waited a few months before posting a review to see how it went, it still as comfortable 5 months on as when it arrived. I'm glad the head rest is detachable, I prefer it without and don't see the need.

A bit disappointed with this item. Not as supportive as one I have tried in the past. The filling doesn’t seem to be adequate enough. The neck rest part doesn’t stay up and you have to keep lifting up. Pricey for the overall quality

I have been waiting for more than a week and still look like this. Therefore it is not comfortable or helpful at all. I am sorry, but for this amount of money I would not recommend at all. Waste of money

Got this to help with my bad pain and I new feel like I have support when sat down, it doesn’t help my back pain but it doesn’t make it worse

I gave a 2-star rating because it is not as shown in the picture the neck rest is not a tight fit (poor design to how it is fastened to the body) the top of the body lacks stuffing

Very comfortable and supportive. Great for supporting back when grandchildren insist I play on floor!
