Basic techniques for making a facinator out of houseold materials
This pattern has some good tips for making fascinator style hats out of thin cardboard, scrap fabrics, cloth flowers and feathers. The hats in this book are not very well photographed which makes them look poorly made. I would recommend that one read this book and then buy another book on making the fascinator type hat--one with better photographs of more interesting and fashionable fascinator hats. I could see this book working for someone who is costuming an amature theatrical production.

Meager
Delivery of this item lived up to expectations but the product itself did not. For the cost and postage this booklet had basic information but that's all. I expected more details on how to make a variety of fascinators, not left to my own devices after a few basic instructions. If you are not a crafter (like me) you will need much more information than is included in this publication. Disappointing!

Extremely basic book - no real info
I will start by saying I wish Amazon would put slightly longer previews up. I saw one page, the index...that was it.The book was VERY basic...I mean really basic information. Basically, "glue some stuff on a headband/comb/hat as you like, and there you go". At least half of the "book" was a huge list of other things the author has written. Quite frankly, I feel a little ripped off. You can find tutorial videos covering more than this for free.

Disappointing
The book had scant information, no color except for the cover, and advertising for other (religious) works to fill the back pages of the "book". More like a pamphlet. Too expensive for amount of information. Would not recommend this one.

mis-information
This book claims to have color illustrations. But, the photos inside this book are black & white and very grainy.

Limited Information
This book is simply not worth the money. Out of 20 pages only 11 contain any information & what there is not worth buying the book for. You can get this much or more info from the Internet as free downloads. I will return this book for a refund.

Don't waste your time or money: "How to Make Fascinators"
This was the worst home published jumble of mixed trash ever created. A mish mash of multiple unrelated jibberish on multiple subjects including religious theory and having nothing to do with the entitled topic. A shear rip off and tossed to the trash as it is useless.

12 pages does not a book make
This pamphlet has some basic instructions but does not give details for how to attach items like feathers. The second half of the pamphlet is advertising for the author.

Item not fit for purpose
After waiting patiently for my goods to arrive, I was disgusted at the book itself, it was more like a pamphlet, plus the fact that when I had a look inside, there is only HALF of the book has anything to do with fascinators, then the other half is filled with complete irrelevant rubbish about aromatherapy, cheap weddings, Jesus Christ and stress related articles. What a crock!!!!! Since when has the above had anything to do with fascinators and at Β£7.73 is a total RIP OFF!!!

How to Make Fascinators - disappointing
Despite the fact that on the back cover of this book it states that it uses colour pictures and clear explanations, I was disappointed to receive a book which appears to have been photocopied and does not have colour pictures. Indeed, the pictures are not clear and are of a very poor quality. However, the explanations are adequate. In addition, the book has 20 pages, 8 of which are about the author's other books!A very disappointing buy!
