For many years, I have been battling high cholesterol. I do not subscribe to the idea that "one size fits all"(iow, everyone's cholesterol MUST be under 200). Cholesterol is an important item for our well-being and necessary for good health. I am much more concerned about triglycerides and what it indicates.Last March, I had bloodwork done. My HDL was 59, my LDL was 209 and my triglycerides were 295! That's when I decided against a statin ( VERY bad for your health) and searched for a good supplement. In May (less than a full 3 months later) here are my results: HDL 75, LDL 158, triglycerides 78!!! My doctor and I were super impressed.Since high cholesterol and triglycerides run in my family, I plan to stay on this supplement until I die. I am 76 years old and overall am in excellent health for my age. Taking this supplement as well as going on a carnivore diet has made me slimmer, stronger, more focused, more everything! I do not think of carnivore as a diet but a way of eating healthier. Check out the many Youtube videos about carnivore and you will see what I mean. Be aware that MANY actual medical doctors (yes, including cardiologists, fertility specialists, orthopedic doctors, etc) now espouse this way of eating. One thing I've learned is that many auto-immune diseases are cured or made much less problematic when you eat carnivore. Google the word "carnivore" and watch the videos by Kelly Hogan, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Robert Kiltz, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Robert Cywes, and Judy Cho (Nutrition with Judy). There are many more.

This product is user friendly and effortless to swallow!

I was skeptical of using this but I wanted to try something before risking the possible side effects of statins. I had a lipid panel run about 3 months ago and was told my 245 total cholesterol required medication if I couldn't reduce it. I just got another blood test and was astonished to hear my total cholesterol was down to 185! I used this in conjunction with a bergamot supplement and they worked with no noticeable side effects. My individual triglycerides, HDL and LDL were still a little high but much lower than they were and the HDL and LDL ratio was within normal parameters. I'm going to try cutting the dose of the 2 supplements in half to see if that will maintain the numbers. I have a genetic propensity for high cholesterol and these supplements worked!Update; after cutting the dose in half my cholesterol went up about 15 points so I'm back to full dosage and maintaining that and my cholesterol is now down to 170!

My Mon cannot use other meds like statins to lower her cholesterol, her dr recommended these and they work very good for her. And you can find these in health products' stores for around 25 to 30 bucks, here I found them for $15 and free shipping. That's why I buy them in pairs.
