Perfect for pulled pork
Just did a bunch of pork butts, was dreading having to shred them by hand...this thing was awesome. Shredded 2 7lb butts in about 45 seconds. You do have to be careful not to over do it because it will turn it into paste...just a few zaps with the drill and it's done. No more shredding stuff by hand!!!!

Shredded 25 pork butts in no time
Cooked for about 300 people and this tool went through 25 port butts with ease! Shredded the pork perfectly and took about 45 seconds or less per 12 pound pork butt. Note: If you don't cook your pork properly, this tool won't work properly. The meat is cooked properly if falls off the bone. TIP: this tool may mark up the sides of your large pan if you allow it to tough the edge. You do not need to touch the edges to efficiently shred the pork. Great buy! My team was blown away with this tool. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best meat puller--period!
I smoked a beautiful 12 lb bone-in pork butt for 20 hours. It was ready to fall apart when I took it out of the smoker. I placed it in a cooler for an hour, then unwrapped it and put it in a large bowl. The bone pulled right out by hand, which is a good indication that the pork is properly smoked. I then attached the puller to my handy-dandy cordless drill and went to town on the pork.I don't know why, but I thought it would take some time; at least half the time it would take to pull by hand. Boy, was I wrong! The first turn of the puller and the bowl started to spin, so I put it on the floor between my feet to hold it. Then...magic! The meat puller twisted down through the pork, shredding as it went. I used the drill in bursts 1-2 seconds at a time rather than one long spin. It took about a dozen bursts; around 30 seconds total. For at least 10 lbs of pulled pork. How long did it take you to pull the last pork butt you smoked? If you've ever thought about getting one of these stop thinking and buy it!

Huge time saver!
Great tool to have in my smoke box. Shreds pork in about 2-3 mins and saves a ton of time and hands from getting burned. Seriously happy that I got this. The welds look good too, not crap which I was most definitely surprised by. Overall a happy customer.

Loving this!
The media could not be loaded. I hated taking meat out of the pot, shredding it, then putting it back in! Then, fishing around to make sure I got it all shredded! This is pork shoulder. I cut the largest chunks of fat off before I cooked it. But, this shredder does a great job of uniformly blending the rest of the fat in with the meat. It made it so easy! Then, I threw some barbecue sauce in the pot and ran it for another minute or so. Another day I had boneless chicken thighs in the instant pot and used this to shred that as well. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great addition.
Bought this because my claws were starting to bend. I was half sceptical because of some reviews. But this thing worked like a charm. Shredded one 12lb pork shoulder about an hour after it came off the smoker (took 30 seconds), did the second one (10lb) about 7 hours later (also only took about 30 seconds). It came off the smoker at the same time. My suggestion for anyone is to have a clean food grade bucket or a very large pot to do this in. Doesn't really make a mess but it contains the meat.
