Not too bad installing it. Way way better than the mighty mule. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and we are all enjoying it working consistently. I’ve been through two mighty mules and they suck. Ask any gate install pro and they’ll tell you don’t buy one. This unit is awesome I installed it myself and the directions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this unit.

I would never buy this again. The back attachment of the arm is poorly made and fell apart on me. The company will not stand behind their product. I have looked at other arms and they are much beefier. do your research. The worst customer support ever.
