People at Speedy Inks were very nice. Wrong size sent, and they corrected it by sending a substitute cartridge along with a return label for the other one. The cartridge worked, but it was a little settled, so I had to remove it once and shake it up again. But the cartridge works.

good value works great. I have ordered them several times and always with good results and will order them again.

Piece of junk to be short and to the point. I bought it last time from them and I guess got lucky. This time did not even bother to shopand went to the same order and clicked on "Buy again'. You know, "Why fix it, if ain't broken?" Big Mistake. As soon as inserted itthe "Low Toner" message came on. Tried everything such as shaking, and make sure the tab was taken out and all that. No luck. I guess these guys are 50/50. Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. Go somewhere else that has a higher percentage thanthis.

These are great, less expensive and work just fine.

The replacement cartridge worked but it seems to be leaking powdered ink which is getting into the machine and making my printed material dirty. I have to open the machine and blow it every couple of days.Also i print checks on this machine and with these generic cartridges the amount wont print in the deep bold black wih the security lines in it.

Toner started to print all over sheet after a couple of weeks. Sent back.
