パンケーキとしてではなく自家製食パンの材料として購入。ホームベーカリー使用で簡単にできます。強力粉だけだとどうしても経時的にパン耳が固くなります。強力粉250ｇ→本品125+強力粉125にすると食感がもちフワになります。時間が立ってもふわふわです。自分でもびっくりしました。薄力粉+アルファな効果があります。個人的な感想ですが我が家は最近このレシピで大満足です。ただ4Kg以上あるので保管に気をつけてください。

米国で食べていたいつもの味です。日本のホットケーキの様に甘くないのでハム、チーズなどを挟んでランチとしても食べる事ができます。大容量なのでスコーンを作ったりと色々とアレンジして使えるので重宝してます

日本に売ってるものと比べて、甘味が少ない。粉物なので、冷蔵庫保管に場所とりました。
