For 50 dollars you can get a lot done with this.
Obviously you can't do everything with just this one tool. I have a door chin up bar, 2-10lb dumb bells and 2 2lb dumb bells and now this tool. Before this tool I was using a 50lb bag of gravel and the dumb bells to do chest workouts and that got really annoying after a few months. I've had the bands for a couple of months now and I like it a lot. I bought the heaviest tension. I was worried about what tension to get because I never use bands and after careful consideration decided to go with the heaviest. I'm 5'8 and 185lbs (a little chubby). My max bench is 225 and my working weight was around 200. I'm 38 years old and decided to no longer risk injury or hurting myself by going for max weights. My goals are to be sexy and healthy and a little strong. So basically I'm just looking to feel the fatigue and buzz of weight lifting without having to go the gym and be around a bunch of plague rats (before covid I still wasn't a fan of going to the gym so now I just go for 15 minutes to get some leg presses in) or risking shoulder injury doing bench presses. Here's a list of what I do with this one tool.Laying and standing chest presses (I prefer the laying down but standing still feels pretty effective)Incline chest pressresistance push upsCurlsReverse curlswrist curls and finger curlsover head presses (both seated and standing)tricep push downs (hang over door and stand on stool)pec fliesseated rowsstanding rows (both two arms and one arm)I could probably figure out more but this all I feel like doing during my workouts using this tool. This may also be a good tool to make your punches stronger. Having it around your back in the standing chest press position I was throwing some jabs and could see how this could be a training utensil for that as well. The whole system would probably be awesome but for me I don't feel it is needed as I use those light dumb bells for my other isolation movements and just go for higher reps and slow, deliberate full range of motion movements. It's pretty cool what you can feel working if you just go slower on the way back lol.In summary,If you're mostly an average guy wanting to buff up a bit and feel good about it without having to go to the gym surrounded by a bunch of people not wearing masks (I didn't like being around a bunch of people before covid anyway) this one tool can cover a lot of ground. The whole system would definitely cover everything you need. And you can buy mix and match bands as well because each one of these bands (for the heaviest resistance) is around 33 extra pounds which is a big jump for certain isolation movements. I'm very pleased with this investment and definitely feel pretty good about what I've been doing. Eventually I'd like to get back to actual weights but I dread going back to the gym so for now these bands it will be!

Serves its purpose
Not sure why anyone would give it a 1 star rating; this works as expected. I was looking for something that would help me maintain my strength while gyms are shut down due to the Covid-19 virus. This seems to be able to do that perfectly. I'd say I'm an intermediate lifter and my 1 rep max for bench press is only 185. I bought the green camo which is supposed to be 150lbs of resistance and I can honestly say that the last inch or so of straightening out my arms are extremely difficult when using this flat on my back. This should be enough resistance for me to build strength too.

Best Brand for high quality resistance bands,& home gym equipment
INNSTAR is one word...Exceptional. They build quality products, with the best sourced materials,& make super heavy duty resistance bands that are purpose built with the user (& user safety in mind).I’ve now purchased almost every (super heavy brown camp weight band from them), 8 of their door jam D-Ring stoppers, their push up system, their 1 piece 38” straight bar,2x deadlift bands, their “King’s Set”,& hooked up the D ring door stops to 8 separate sections of the double wide doors in the entryway of my house. No better anchor point that a front door!! I’ve come up with,& been able to do at least 90% of my normal gym routine with just their band sets,& a 85cm yoga ball (which I use as my “bench”,& seat, efc.). That, or I use an inversion table (which weighs about 180lbs) to do even more crazy exercises with all of INNSTAR’s products. How anyone could not give 5 stars to a company who has replied to each of my 5 inquires within less than 3 hours, as well as provided exact specs,& helped me to built my “do it all” home gym in the process. They didn’t push me to buy every band they sold,& what I stuck with were basically their heaviest sets, as I can always double up on them if I wish, etc.I truly can’t praise this company enough. If you want a quality product (which is extremely safe for you to use), which also is made to Last...go with INNSTAR, as you can’t go wrong with them.If you want to buy cheap (dangerous) resistance bands; which lack ballistic nylon covering (which all of INNSTAR’s bands have), then pls feel free to go & buy elsewhere. Just don’t blame me when people call you Captain Morgan for the rest of your life, & all bc you saved a couple bucks in buying cheap bands that snapped & caused you to lose an eye from a broken “so called” 50lb resistance band that had snapped,& recoiled back into your eyeball, forcing you to wear a patch over your eye forever.Or; you could “splurge”,& spend an extra 10-20 bucks,& go the safe route,& work out worry free, focusing upon what’s most important,& that should be improving yourself,& making yourself the YOU that you can possibly be!!!

Worth it if you have the money
Honestly I like this. Just getting back in to training after being out of it for basically two years. So far it’s helping me and I’m happy with the purchase. A bit pricey but worth it

A GENERIC DESIGN OF AN ASSISTED PUSH PULL Exercise Apparatus
This is poorly designed apparatus for doing pushups and even lying on the ground and pushing away from your chest, like seen in the pictures. The resistance is very stiff, not smooth and not give enough negative resistance coming back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Cancel your gym membership. This works!
I purchased this item in the hopes to find something that will supplement workouts as the gyms in my area are now closed due to the pandemic. From the first day of using this I already feel the effects and I really love this product. I suggested this product to a few friends already and I think anyone who reads this review would really benefit from utilizing this product.
