"Pad Thai" is a sauted dish in wok (stir-fried) based on rice carlarines with eggs, fish sauce, tamarindus paste, red pepper, and any combination of soya shoots, shrimps, chicken, or tofu, decorated with chopped peanuts just like roasted and coriander. It is usually served with a slice of lemon and the juice of this fruit is added to the dish as a seasoning. In Thailand it can be served decorated with a platane flower, palm sugar and powdered toasted chili.
