I put one in marine salt water as soon as they arrived for two days.Dried it on my wood stove ..Pass! no rust or discoloring.Smoothly slides over the food grade 7/16" od x 1/4" id braided line and cinches perfectly.I blasted 40 lbs pressure on the line and ...Nothing.So these are a go!20-25lbs pressure is what i normally run.If your system is pretty well plumbed perfect and you want to loose those lousy screw clampslike i wanted to do, these are them. Drinks on the house!

These seal hoses to barbs way better than conventional screw-type hose clamps that don't evenly apply pressure around the entire circumference. They can be (relatively) easily removed using the appropriate Oetiker clamp removal tool.
