Nikola Pro Tesla Model 3 Door Handle Wrap Kit (Solid Black)

Not a full wrap. As stated in their ad, the stickers do not cover the doorhandles fully. And there is a silver line all the way around each door handle. If that is important, I recommend another fuller wrap kit

We have a model Y blue color. We were unable to see the black door handles in our garage when we didn't turn on a garage light. We got the silver set and can now see our door handles even in our garage.

It was fairly easy to install. The adhesion (at the time) seemed weak but it's been on my car for almost 3 years in the sun and rain and snow...no sign of peeling either.

This product (like all from Nikola pro before it) fits perfectly. There is a slight trim of chrome around the outline, but that is part of the design. It looks great, as if someone who knew what they were doing installed it. I am very pleased with the color and it matches the blues i have been using.The process was incredibly quick. Took maybe 5 minutes if that. I would be comfortable saying 3 minutes.Clean the handles with provided wipes and dry with provided cloth.Peel the back off the wrap and line it up with even amounts of chrome around each edge. Push down and peel off the front sticker film and you're done.I have used other nikola wraps for my tesla and each of them have stayed exactly where I put them. Maybe 6 months so far.Highly recommend and look forward to more custom products from Nikola.*will update or edit if any issues come about.

I got these to cover the chrome door handles since every time I would wash the car the kids would get fingerprints on the chrome when opening the door. They solved that problem and look great. I got the matte black ones for a white Model 3.Also, a comment about their customer service. When I installed them, there was some adhesive residue on the front of the transfer film. This was probably because they sat in my garage for 1.5 months before I had time and weather to install them, so it was probably my fault. I sent Nikola Pro an email to ask how to remove the adhesive, and they called within 30 minutes to help me. He suggested soap & water, but he said if there were any problems he would gladly send me a new set. The soap & water did the trick, but I was happy they were willing to replace them with no argument, if needed.

If your Model 3 is metallic silver, these make only a subtle (but really neat looking) difference because the handles are already silver/chrome. The color match isn't perfect for all colors (which is shown in the photos), but it IS perfect for metallic silver. The transfer sheet makes it easy to install the handles, just wipe them down with some glass cleaner beforehand and make sure there is no dust when applying. From a short distance, the handles blend in even more and look like they are drawn on the car with pencil, which is a really cool effect. There are a few spots (namely the front corner of the handle at the thinnest part) where the fit is not 100% perfect, but you'd only notice if you press your nose to the handle and stare at it really closely. The instruction card (has a sketch of Mr. Tesla himself on it) states that it is made from 100% recycled paper and urges the customer to recycle it again - a thoughtful message.

Very happy. I got the metallic silver to cover the chrome handles to prevent fingerprints. It is very difficult to tell that I installed anything, which I like.1. Before installation, spray the chrome handles with a water / isopropyl alcohol mix (4:1 water:alcohol) to clean and wipe with a lint free cloth.2. Peel off the white paper ("3M" is printed on it) to apply the sticker.3. Holding the corners of the clear application material, center the sticker on the door handle and lightly touch to the handle to set in position.4. With a credit card or small squeegee, rub down the vinyl sticker through the clear application material. This prevents scratching the vinyl. Firm even strokes.5. Peel off the clear application material carefully. Some of the vinyl may lift. If that occurs you can smooth it down with your fingers, or with a credit card. Firm, somewhat light pressure to prevent scratches.Enjoy!!

I bought the silver metallic for my silver metallic Model 3.1. The silver metallic looks great on the car [the finish of the wrap is almost indistinguishable from the car paint]. The wrap does not cover the entire handle; if installed correctly, chrome is visible around the entire edge of the wrap. However, this makes the handle standout and creates a very nice visual effect. I think this looks alot better than the black vinyl wrap that it replaced2. The install was very easy [instructions are printed on a single sheet]. Just clean the handle, align the wrap, press and remove the backing paper.3. I can't comment on durability yet [as I just installed it].
