My 5 year old has flat feet and her left ankle leans in. I see a huge difference with these in her shoes.The very first time I put them in she did resist, saying it felt weird. I asked her to run around the kitchen a few times and once she did that she was fine. Now if I forget to put them in which ever pair of shoes she’s wearing she tells me immediately.

Bought this for my son who has flat feet and his ankles tend to bend inward. After placing these in his shoes, you can see the difference in his walk. He also says they are comfortable. So far a win win!

My 8yo really loves these inserts! They are soft yet provide good arch support for her flat feet. They are also wide, which is great for her foot. They are also rather tall on the arch side but she loves the support. They do not fit in some shoes because of the height/width although I haven’t tried trimming them. They do fit great in her converse but not in her rain boot and too tall for athletic sneakers. I simply bought another insert to fit the boots/sneakers but these are her fave. Wearing these in her shoes has greatly helped her walk and run more comfortably. I’ve noticed it’s also helped with her pronation.

These were easy to trim and fit into my son's tennis shoes. It took him a few days to adjust, but he did. He has not complained of Achilles heel pain or leg pain since wearing these over a month ago.

Great for my son’s foot pronation or for ankle support. However, you have to gradually break them in, to give your kid to adapt to this inserts.

I bought these for my son, who has CP, as an alternate to the chipmunks that he used to have. My son actually likes these better, which makes me happy because they are cheaper. Will definitely buy these again.

My daughter has very serious flat foot. Have gone from one Dr to another and she keeps getting same thing which she outgrows and sometimes don't fit in her shoes after spending so much money. This product fits in most of her shoes, supports well and no blisters

These help my son so much! He’s back to running and playing again. Before these inserts, he only played for about 30 minutes before his legs and feet hurt too bad to continue.
