This cream heals red areas or diaper rash FAST. We were given this as a shower gift and were excited to find it on Amazon for convenient ordering. It’s less greasy than other products but provides a thick barrier versus the normal white, pasty diaper creams. I've purchased this brand for 20 years. I'm not sure if it works as well as it did for my own kids but I use it now for my granddaughter for any diaper rash (or to protect her at night ).
