I have been taking for two weeks - every morning on an empty stomach about two hours before eating breakfast. I workout a lot - approx 5 times a week. This pill has helped control my appetite. Well like every mom out there trying to loose those extra pounds I came upon this product . These Alcahova capsules are totally ineffective.They do not lessen your appetite which means that their claims about this product are false.They didn't work for me from Day 1.I"ve tried everything.Taking it on an empty stomach,taking it after a meal.I even srarted to take 2 capsules twice a day,NO EFFECTS whatsoever.They're supposed to make you very thirsty,well,I wasn't any more thirsty than usual.I've been downing these Alcachofa capsules for over 3 weeks now so you can't say I didn't give it a chance. I have been taking these pills for 6 days. my stomach is going down. I havent noticed side effects, but I have been a little gassy but I feel fine. I haven't noticed myself eating less, or lost of cravings, but they do help to maintain your weight and take away inches. I love these Mexican pills

I purched this product before online and it suppressed your appatite. This recent purchase doesn't and it's the same brand. I think they changed the ingredients. I think they even change the dosage. I guess that might be a sign they could be harmful to your health or cause problems.

It works good especially if you've used it for the fOR THE time. I originally bought it in mexico and automatically stocked up when I realize how great they worked. Make sure you buy this brand its the original! There's been other fakes but don't work as well. Also I've noted that after a long term use it doesn't curb my appetite as well ao try using it for about two weeks continuously or untill you loose your weight desired. Then drink a little bottle once every other day. I have never tried the pills!! I have been taking this product for 5 months and I lost 18 lbs without changing my diet. This is not a miracle drug, it's just a "helper". I am 65, 5.0 ft tall and my weight was about 155 lbs when I started taking Alcachofa as directed - 1 capsule per day with breakfast. I am a breakfast person and as usually, I had a big breakfast. At about noon I started thinking about lunch and noticed that I was not hungry. I decided to wait and got hungry at about 4:00 PM. at this point I thought that it would make sense to have an early dinner at 5:00 PM. Somehow, I ended up mostly having two meals per day and sometimes a snack - like a small ice cream between. This works for me because I generally don't get hungry late in the evening. Occasionally, I had to go out and eat late and a lot. The best thing is that I don't gain weight after that, I just don't lose any. I have not experienced any discomfort or side effects, I actually sleep better and I have a feeling that I probably loose another 10 lbs by the fall and most importantly I will be able to keep them off without the supplement - I already tried and my awareness thet I am not hungry keeps me from eating more than I need.
