I have an early onset of arthritis so my knees ache while exercising. It effectively reduces any knee pain even as I do rigorous jump roping.

I hav knee partial ACL tear and want something to wear support outside the jeans or lower Coz other products makes skin itchy and restrict blood circulation.The product is of good quality and fulfill the requirement for what u hav purchased. Value for money

better than compression bands as this does not get loose and provides side ligament support with cross bands. advise not to put it all night as blood flow is important for knee injuries.

Totally disliked the product as soon as I tried it on. It's extremely uncomfortable and the material is of very poor quality. Got fooled by the good reviews and word of all, there's no return policy here. If you still are willing to purchase, take it from me for half the price !! Else AVOID

The media could not be loaded.  Holl is very less it not adjust with patella of knee. It press on patella which is cause of pain under patella
