Inferior construction for outdoor use
The fan is advertised for outdoor use yet within a day of install and before we could even use the thing two blades had sheered off in a mild wind. The 'pot metal' construction of the blades arms is simply not suitable for outdoor use. We are disappointed and would never buy or suggest this brand again. Sadly our porch project took longer than expected and we are beyond the return date but we've since bought a Hunter fan and it has been fine in the same location. I hope our terrible experience can at least help other folks.

Large and beautiful!
Beautiful large fan! We are building a house with several rooms with very tall ceilings. We have very long hot summers and fans really help. We havenāt installed this yet but I opened part of the box to see the blades. Love the color! Weathered gray with brown. Perfect blend that will go in many different style rooms.

Stop working after 6 months
We have purchased 2 of these fans a 60 inch and 72 inch and they have both failed after about 6 months. The light won't come on and the fan will no longer work. With these on a 16 ft ceiling it has been very expensive to get these installed and replaced so will look for a different brand.

We love this fan and have no complaints. I canāt speak to installation we had our electricians do it when we built.

Piece of junk
Super expensive fan that stopped working in three weeks!! Whatās not to love? š”š”š”

No longevity
Originally purchased four years ago, stopped working due to faulty receiver located in the canopy of the fan. The retailer and manufacturer provided a new fan with new receiver. It is a 26 foot height so not easy to change has worked for another year and a half and stopped again. Same issue the receiver in the canopy has gone bad. Retailer is offering me a refund with a new fan. I will ensure that I do not use Monte Carlo or whatever it is now calledā¦

Stopped working
Just like the other reviews state, stops working. My length of happiness ended exactly 2 years after install, Merry Christmas to me! Don't buy!
