If you drop the "lead" out of the pencil, you're out $25. That happens very easily and can also easily break the lead when it falls...if you even find it after it falls to see. There was no way to "twist" it in more securely and unless I missed it there was no cap to prevent all that. Anyway, I didn't find this brand any better than much cheaper ones for around $6. All were too hard. I was very disappointed in 3 different brands, including this one. It's just that this one cost a lot more.

I really like this. The tip is micro-thin, so you can be very detailed. I also am using an Avon eyebrow pencil, which I think they've stopped making but are trying to sell out because all of the ones I have say copyright 2007! But, with the Avon and other eyebrow pencils, you often get a thicker line, even if you sharpen. This is good stuff. I also like Glominerals brow pencil. It goes on with pencil strokes but looks like powder that looks like brows. It's wild! All I know is, my brows need enhancing, and this helps. If it was all I had, it would be enough. Only drawback: PRICEY!

I really do not understand what the hoopla is about this product. I struggle to get it on and ended up going out and buying something else, I do not like it at all and I try makeup products all the time; everything from MAC to Stila to Milani. If it is good, I like it. Price has nothing to do with it.

I use this brand for a year. and my pencil has been of very good quality. the crayon has never been broken. but that one I bought at the store in NYC.and the one that I buy in amazon seems to be an imitation or is expired or something happens because it does not have the same quality. The crayon broke when I opened it, it looks like it's dry.

This is an outstanding eyebrow pencil for people with light brows. I used the Brunette shade before, but the Ash Blonde is even better. The very thin mechanical pencil lead gives realistic color and, since the lead is hard, it doesn't smear or melt.The pencil lasts a long time and I have never had a problem with the lead falling out or breaking. Highly recommended.

Love this product , but I dont like that it only last about a month before it runs out.

I have medium to light blonde hair and this color is one of the best I have used. It goes on well and stays put requiring minimal touchups. I used to use Anastasia pencil in taupe until they changed the texture and the color. I like this pencil so much I have it on auto-delivery.

Was disappointed in this. Can hardly see it.
