(And a malicious hex on the many erotica authors who try to charge outrageous prices for their e-books.)It's not a perfect novel, but... WOW!! This story is exceptionally erotic--one of the most titllating novels I've read in some time. The very explicit scenes are so tantalizingly described. If you can overlook the obvious implausibility, it is a delightfully hedonistic sexual fantasy. If you enjoy explicit stories that stretch the boundaries of marital fidelity, you might even relish the fantasy of participating in such a naughty extramarital adventure. It is that very blend of the socially-forbidden-yet-now-permitted sexual adventure that so many yearn for, but often fear.The novel begins as a story of Claire's premeditated seduction of her best friend's husband, Michael--BUT at the instigation of Michael's own wife, Leah! The story ends up being about much, much more than Michael's seduction, however (read the book!!). A major theme of the novel is the erotic delight experienced by a woman who gives free rein to her sexuality and luxuriates in its power. In fact, that is the basic premise of the story: Leah, recently married to Michael, realizes that she wants more sexual freedom than monogamy allows. Her biggest obstacle is her very conservative husband, whom she dearly loves. If only Michael can be persuaded to accept some extramarital games.... In the process of helping Leah to realize that ambition, Claire finds that she also revels in some extramarital explorations.Most chapters focus on the perspective, emotions and experience of a single individual, but each episode of the story is revealed in multiple chapters, so that we see the same incident from each person's perspective. (The resulting redundancy is very minimal and not at all distracting.)While most chapters are entitled "Leah," "Michael," "John" and "Claire,"-each telling the story from that person's perspective--there are also chapters entitled "The Cabin" and "The Bed." Those are among the most erotic. My favorite episode was when Claire, her open-minded husband John and Michael spend a night in a small mountain cabin designed to accommodate no more than two(who presumably would be lovers). There is a hot tub barely large enough for three and a solitary bed similarly limited in size. It's unlikely that your imagination could do that scene justice, but the author's does.Erotic tension remains white hot throughout the story because neither Claire, John, Leah or Michael knows exactly how far they want their extramarital adventure to go. Each new step arouses their anxiety as well as their lust. Will the initial blatant teasing and provocation culminate in all-out sexual penetration, or will jealousy and fear bring things to a halt? Although the reader is also a bit uncertain about the conclusion, you will not be disappointed.One of the pleasures for us as readers is being privy to the hidden erotic reactions (many of them involuntary) of each character, as well as the self-doubts and fears that each experiences-often unknown to the others-as this seductive story plays itself out.This would be a great novel for a couple to read to each other as their own sexual foreplay, chapter by chapter. Let's hope that Ali Clark writes many, many more erotic novels! And,that many more wives allow themselves to enjoy such adventures.

I recieved this book from the author for an honest review. Wicked is right! Two best friends hatch a naughty little plan to get their husbands to have wild sex, and not just with each other. I think I would have preffered for there to have been more of a conflict though, especially since Michael is described as the uptight shy one. He seemed to get on board with things a little too quickly in my mind, and even more so with his wife's best friend? I'm thinking jealousy and betrayal would have played a major role, before all of the acceptance. Either way, it was a quick and easy read. I did enjoy it. Sexy, hot, steamy, and fanning my face. Good Lord! It was a hot story with a happily ever after.

This a story about two very horny women, one of whom is a high-powered attorney, who are best friends and both are also happily married, but who from the very start end up cheating on their husbands.Our high-powered attorney feels stifled in her marriage because she is married to a very conservative fellow. So she decides to ask her best friend for help. She wants her to flirt with her husband, in order to lower his inhibitions and in so doing, allow her to be more expressive with her sexual needs, which include being attractive and desirable to other men.After some very aggressive 'flirting' on the friend's part, the husband suddenly becomes almost 'Stepfordish' in his behaviour. Suddenly everything is fair game.There was nothing about this book that I liked. I felt that both the writing and the story were quite boring, and I was annoyed that more than once or twice, the author couldn't even keep her characters straight.Also I just did not like these characters one bit!I felt that this book was unfortunately both a waste of my time and money!

Despite a few errors, this book rocked my world! All my fantasies rolled into one... Apparently Ali Clark has a window to my fantasy world, either that or I'm not alone!Keep in mind when reading there's a reason they're called "fantasies," it's because they would never happen in real life. So if this book seems unrealistic, it it's supposed to! The author is helping the reader to live her fantasy vicariously through the characters she writes.Isn't that why most people read books in the first place? To go places you'll never go, see things you'll never see, and experience things you'll never experience? That's the joy of reading...

I just wonder how many couples fill this way but just refuse to show it. This was a great story and hope to find that Ali has more of the same . I just hope this was an experience and not a story she would have a very happy husband.

Such a hot and erotic book. Lots of wild sex. Not much plot and characterization but that's not what I was looking for in this book. Two best friends and their husbands explore and expand their sexual wild side. The progression of exploration was well done. I like the small steps to open Michael's mind. There was a little too much repeat of them being best friends and the small bouts of jealousy. Ali did a great job of the different pov for the same event.

I didn't won't to put this book down. I couldn't wait to see what these incredible friends would do next. I was never disappointed in any way by the tale. Very hot reading and kept in a state of arousal the entire read.I want more!

Let, me say this first. I was compelled to read. Oh My. It was hot and steamy. I had to have sex after reading this book.My ethics and morals are tested by this book.It's interesting but when the reality hits. It's disturbing.But the Author did a good job in giving everyone's POV's. I like that in a novel. I'm on the wall about loving or hating this book.

Leah is married to Michael who when it comes to their sex life is into the normal and nothing more but Leah has a wilder side just wanting to come out. While Leah is away on business she meets up with her best friend Claire and they end up having a steamy threesome with a business man, Its the first time Leah has ever done anything like this and now she is hooked. Leah is convinced this is the way to go and Michael would enjoy it so she ask's her hot best friend Clare to seduce her husband. I won't give any more of the story away but lets just say it is totally fricking HOT! If you like to read about partner swapping then this is the book for you. its basic book porn and will defiantly leave you hot under the collar. Will defiantly look for more books by this author.

Just read a little of this book to get in the mood for sex! It can be so used over and over again, reread time and again. There are two improbables in the story (so far as I have read it): one is that when one of the girls is putting a condom on a man with an over large cock, hoping it would not break, but why I wondered were XXL condoms not used? With a large cock, as described, an ordinary sized condom just does not work. Another thing which does not quite add up is where there are two men and a woman in a bed in the country cabin and one of the men does not get sexual relief, even orally........But I'm still reading the book.

This without doubt one of the best stories I have read.....in fact re-read I enjoyed so much! A different style in telling it from the different perspectives of those involved as it develops but always sexy. Well done Ali more like this please!!!

WOW! What a book. If it's the sort of book that if you have never read, perhaps put off by the title then try this one. It's a scorcher. Well written and very sexy.
