If the ingredients are what they say they are and it has the amino acid profile it states, this is a great product. But I do question the legitimacy of it; I was not able to track the product's lot number using supplementshield.org as mentioned on the container, but I understand that could be a temporary problem with the website, which by the way, is spelled wrong on the container (just thought I'd letchya know) =)It does say the powder is tasteless and odorless, but the one I received was far from that. It smelled like some kind of chemicals and it definitely has an odd taste with a distinct aftertaste, but it's not bad enough for me not be able to consume it.

I only used it one time however this is what I can report so far:1. It does have a taste. It is not horrible but I can taste and can probably ignore it for the greater good.2. I dissolved it in war water prior to adding it to a cold beverage and it was fine (consistency wise). No grit or lumps3. I don't know if it is a coincidence but I drank it after dinner and sadly it is 2am and I am wide awakeI will add a review after a couple weeksI bought this product to help with joint pain.

This collagen powder stinks and tastes bad. I have tried to “drown” out the taste with highly flavored hot drinks but nothing has worked. I had to stop using it after a few times because the thought of drinking and smelling it makes me cringe. What a waste of money.

Caused a major allergic reaction. I don’t have allergies to any foods but this stuff caused my skin to become horribly red, itchy and burning. I stopped using it and my skin is starting to calm down. I will stick with bovine collagen.

I use this for pain and healing of costochondritis, and help with fibromyalgia and associated tendinitis esp in my shoulders. I've been buying another famous helpful doctor's brand which works well too, but this product is more cost effective. The taste is of a "cow barn" flavor as is the other product I've been using, and mixes/incorporates about the same as the other. TIP, if you let the product sit in your cup of liquid (I use almond milk or water or combo) for about 10-15 minutes before you stir with a fork, it will incorporate better. Using a fork, smash any tiny clumps that remain and float on top, against the side of the cup and stir again. I suffer less lower rib and shoulder tendinitis than I have been, and a bonus is that my nails don't break as often and my skin feels softer. As with any supplement, give this a try for at least 3 months before you decide if it's helpful to you. Supplements aren't magic bullets that work instantly like medications do, they take time to work synergistically with your body to heal the actual cause of the problem, NOT to merely cover up the pain. If you think it is not helping your personal symptoms after that 3 month time frame, it is often by withdrawing a supplement that you may well find out just how much that supplement really did help you !

Using the product for, according to my doctor, a very arthritic knee! It seems to decrease the pain when walking or moving around. Mixing this with my powered greens makes the pain almost disappear. This is after about two weeks of use. So, I'm happy with the results. I will keep using this product.

I can feel my skin getting tighter as the wrinkles disappear and the aging is in reverse. This product really works!!

This product absorbs very well into liquid, but the smell of the product isn’t very appealing, kind of “fishy”. The taste of the product must also be covered up with a strong flavored food, so I mix it in smoothies. It still has a bit of an aftertaste. I’m updating this review because when I received my product, it had a sticker on the top that stated “Get your next bottle free”, well as far as I can see, it’s a total scam because after 6 emails and to be asked to write a product review first (which I did!) I still haven’t seen the free bottle or received any response from the company. I won’t be buying it again because you can get plenty of other brands that don’t operate their company by not making good on their promises. Lots of other competition out there, so I suggest they stick to their word, instead of scamming people!
